Our meals are delivered in entirely recyclable, insulated cardboard boxes that will last for 4-5 hours during day.
We do try to do most of our deliveries very early in the morning, depending our scheduled for the day. Be sure to check your front door in the morning in case we have done an early morning drop, and if it’s not there it’s still on its way!
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times as our routes do vary week to week as we continue to grow. We do our deliveries in 2 time frames 12am to 7am & 12pm to 7pm. All Saturday deliveries are only available in the early morning time slot 12am to 7am.
This is to reduce the time a box may have to sit outside for in the hottest part of the day. Please leave us any comments that may help our delivery drivers in the comments section. All business deliveries will happen in business times.

(Please note, we DO NOT deliver / cook weekends or public holidays, therefore all orders and deliveries that fall on these days will carry over to the next delivery day.)
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Fresh Meals 2 U containing your order details (if you have provided the correct email address). Delivery addresses may not be altered once an order has been placed.
You cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
Customers will receive one delivery per order and the delivery addresses and days cannot be altered.
Fresh Meals 2 U accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Fresh Meals 2 U will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Fresh Meals 2 U will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify Fresh Meals 2 U if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery. Missing meal items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon code will be created to be used with the customers next order.
Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.
