Challenge Week 1 & 2 Women 7 Days Congratulations Ladies, Lets get ready for challenge week 1 and 2. Our plans are completely customisable. If you don’t like a meal and want to change to another, simply click on the edit button on that meal then change to what you want instead. Your calorie intake goal for the day in week 1 and 2 is around 1100 to 1200 calories per day for breakfast lunch and dinner. If you wish to do your own breakfast simple delete it from each day. Please note we have added in Protein powder or cold pressed juice and a protein ball, to keep you with in the challenge calorie goals. If you want to make the plan a little leaner, remove the protein ball each day. This will save you around 170 Calories per day, Good Luck and keep up the great work.
