Fresh Meals 2 U Terms and Conditions: Orders & Fees
All orders are entered into by an individual customer.
Orders are not transferable to another party.
All prices stated for meals are inclusive of GST.
Each order is a once-off transaction.
All orders have delivery fees.
By subscribing to Fresh Meals 2 U you are agreeing to all conditions set out below.

Meal Orders
All orders placed and paid for are a once-off, and do not rollover or automatically repated and recharge you.
You do have the option to order enough meals for a week.
When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and cvv).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your menu orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Recurring Orders
Fresh Meals 2 U is a subscription service. We deliver until you tell us not to.
You can deactivate at anytime. There is no minimum term.
The cut-off for subscription adjustments (pauses, cancellations, order restarts, address and box type changes) made through the online customer login is 11:59PM (AEST/AEDT) two days before the next delivery.

Delivery Policy
You must live in our delivery area to order.
Ownership of the goods will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We cannot commit to a smaller delivery window. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee, special requests.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Fresh Meals 2 U containing your order details, and your delivery day.
We deliver during various time windows Monday-Friday. If you will not be home please make an alternative arrangement and leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our drivers to follow.
Delivery areas are set to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Please check online to find out if we deliver to your area.
Delivery addresses may not be altered once an order has been placed.
Fresh Meals 2 U cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
If a re-delivery is required at an alternative time through no fault of Fresh Meals 2 U or our logistics partners an additional fee of $15 will be charged.

All meals are delivered in an ice box with ice, to keep your meal cold for 4-5 hours. Our driver will text you at time of drop off. Our driver will collect the box at the time of delivering your next order (Queensland deliveries only). The ice boxes are required to be left in the exact location you would like your latest delivery to be placed.
Ice boxes remain the property of Fresh Meals 2 U.
All of our boxes are the same. As much as we'd love to, we're not able to customise individual boxes based on preference, dietary requirements, or whim!
Fresh Meals 2 U cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
Fresh Meals 2 U accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.
Fresh Meals 2 U will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Payment
Full meal payment must be paid via credit card through website shopping cart.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
There are no additional establishment or transactional fees charged to customers for use of Mastercard or Visa.
Amex and Diners cards are not accepted .
Fresh Meals 2 U customers must have sufficient funds or credit available at the time of each transaction. If you do not have sufficient funds/credit available at the time of the transaction the order will not be submitted.
You will need to resubmitt your order once you have sufficient funds/credit.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from website containing your receipt.

When I enter my credit card information, is it secure?
Commonwealth Bank Service uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption technology to provide the best available security. This creates a protected connection between users and our web server. Your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the internet unencrypted.

Collection of Personal Information
In order to use the Fresh Meals 2 U website, we may require personal information from you so we can provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may be collected and stored, particularly in regard to the service, support and accounts, including email and phone numbers.
Any personal information collected by Fresh Meals 2 U is done via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

How secure is my payment and personal information?
All information stored on the web site is saved into a secure, password protected, database behind a firewall.

Missing or Incorrect Meals
Fresh Meals 2 U will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by mistake.
Customers must notify Fresh Meals 2 U if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email.
Credits will be placed on customers accounts for missing or incorrect meal items
Failure to comply with these policies will result in no credit.

Refund & Returns Policy
Fresh Meals 2 U return and refunds policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact our office on (07) 55 298421.
Failure to contact Fresh Meals 2 U within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery.
Should any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen.
The customer must contact the office (07)55 298421 within two (2) hours if they refuse their delivery.
Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for 24 hours only and the customer must make arrangements with our office to pick up their order or have redelivered.
Orders not picked up within 24hrs of return will be disposed of as per our Food Health & Safety Policies.
Fresh Meals 2 U will refund money in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.
All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
Fresh Meals 2 U will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Allergies
Fresh Meals 2 U accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a consumer as a result of consuming a Fresh Meals 2 U meal.It is the consumers responsibility to refer to the nutritional panel and ingredients of each meal before purchase.
While Fresh Meals 2 U takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present as it has been prepared in the same kitchen.
Communications
Fresh Meals 2 U uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and customer service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails, newsletters and special offers. If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@freshmeals2u.com.au
